Are Courts of Law Still Open in My Area? Will My Court Date Be Rescheduled?

On March 20, 2020, the Governor of New York signed Executive Order 202.8 tolling all state law statutes of limitations until April 19, 2020. For any other questions regarding your state or federal court matter, please contact us.
